Lanzarote Weather for the Week Ahead.

Another fantastic week of summer weather is on the way in Lanzarote, with plenty of sunshine expected across the island and very little chance of rain. The latest forecast for the Tías and Puerto del Carmen area suggests warm daytime temperatures throughout the week, making it an ideal time to enjoy the island’s beaches, attractions and outdoor activities.

The warmest conditions are expected at the beginning of the week before temperatures ease slightly towards the weekend, while the familiar north-easterly trade winds will continue to provide a refreshing breeze, particularly along exposed coastal areas. UV levels remain very high, so whether you’re relaxing on the beach, exploring Timanfaya National Park or strolling along the seafront in Puerto del Carmen, remember to wear sunscreen, stay hydrated and seek shade during the hottest part of the day.

For those planning a holiday, sea conditions are expected to remain generally favourable, with comfortable sea temperatures and only slight wave heights, making it another excellent week for swimming, boat trips and water sports.

☀️ Planning your week?

  • 🏖️ Expect plenty of sunshine for beach days.
  • 🌋 Great conditions for sightseeing and exploring the island.
  • 🌊 Generally favourable conditions for swimming and boat trips.
  • 🧴 UV levels remain very high—don’t forget your sun protection.

Be sure to check back each week for the latest Lanzarote Waits For You weather forecast, along with local news, travel updates and everything you need to make the most of your time on the island.

This forecast is based on the AEMET forecast for the Tías / Puerto del Carmen area. As Lanzarote has several microclimates, weather conditions and temperatures can vary between different parts of the island, particularly inland, coastal and northern locations. Forecasts may change as the week approaches and more up-to-date data becomes available.
